Live Auction Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Sale:

  1. All Items are sold “As Is, Where Is” with all faults and defects. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. It is recommended that all prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest.
  1. Buyers must clearly signal bids, make sure it was received and notify auctioneer immediately if bid was received incorrectly. The item is considered sold when the item number and bid card number or person is acknowledged by the auctioneer.

  2. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer will have the discretion to determine the successful bidder.

  3. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. All sales are final. No Refunds

  4. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the auction without liability.

  5. Estimate might be given on items with a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual sales price. Estimates are simply an opinion.

  6. Payment- All items must be paid for at time of auction and it is the sole responsibility of event staff to set up payment procedures and methods with successful bidders.

  7. Shipping- All items purchased must be removed from premises at the end of the event. Shipping, storing, packing or loading services are not provided or included as part of the sale of each item.

  8. The Terms and Conditions are declared to ensure the smooth running of the live auction and also to acquaint the bidder/spectator of their obligations for this auction.
